- Who is behind AIM Luxury Timepieces?
- AIM Luxury Timepieces is an independent luxury watch dealer led by Matt Jones. Every valuation and transaction is handled by Matt directly, so you always deal with one accountable point of contact.
- Where is AIM located, and who do you work with?
- AIM is based in Wausau, Wisconsin and works with collectors across the United States. Deals are handled remotely and shipped securely nationwide.
- How do I sell my watch to AIM?
- Request a private valuation through the Sell page. Matt reviews your watch and provides an honest, no-pressure offer. Once terms are agreed, payment is made quickly and securely.
- Can I trade a watch I already own?
- Yes. You can apply the value of a watch you own toward another piece. Trade values are transparent on both sides of the deal. Start on the Trade page.
- What if I am looking for a specific reference you do not have in stock?
- Use the Source page to tell Matt what you are after. He locates specific and hard-to-find references through a trusted private network.
- How are watches authenticated and represented?
- Every watch is inspected in hand and described honestly, including the details that matter to collectors. If a piece is not right, it is not offered. See the Authentication & Process page for details.
- How does shipping work?
- Watches are shipped fully insured, tracked, and signature-required, with delivery coordinated directly with Matt. See the Shipping & Returns page for more.
